Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or using RedlineAI ("Redline," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
Redline is an assistive contract review tool that uses AI models to analyze legal documents and produce evidence-anchored findings. Redline runs locally on your machine and sends document content directly to your configured AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) for analysis.
Not a substitute for professional judgment
Redline is not a replacement for professional legal judgment. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying all findings independently before relying on them in any legal, business, or professional context.
No warranty of accuracy or completeness
Redline makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedlineAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Subscription and pricing
- The Service requires a valid, active subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed at $399 per month.
- Each subscription includes up to 5 team seats.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
- Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Team seats
The subscription admin may invite up to 5 team members. Each seat is tied to an email address. The admin is responsible for managing seat access and ensuring that only authorized individuals use the subscription.
AI provider requirements
Redline requires a separate account with a supported AI provider (currently Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex). You must comply with your AI provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies when using Redline. RedlineAI is not responsible for your AI provider's actions, availability, pricing, or data handling practices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Redline software.
- Share, transfer, or resell your subscription credentials.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent seat limits or licensing controls.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedlineAI and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall RedlineAI's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedlineAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on AI-generated analysis without independent verification.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and disclaimers) will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
